DigitalFirst.AI is a Marketing-as-a-Service solution that includes functionalities engineered create marketing strategies and sales funnels using artificial intelligence. The guiding idea of DigitalFirst.AI is to automate the process of defining digital marketing strategies for companies that operate in other areas of the economy and do not have expertise in online marketing, but intend to implement digital campaigns. To this end, analytical algorithms will be developed that are part of an analytics and predictive engine designed to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies through automated recommendations of tactics.

The DigitalFirst.AI platform consists of four areas. In the diagnostic Online Business Planning module, users describe their business in easy-to-fill forms, online wizards, and predefined templates. The business profile constructed in this way is the basis for analysis and development of suggestions for marketing activities.

The Sales Funnel recommended by the predictive-analytical model is filled with marketing tactics appropriate at each stage of the funnel. Marketing tactics refer to a set of activities that a given company should implement in order to achieve a specific result. They can refer to single digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media, Web, email, etc.), but can also describe the multi-channel activities. Each tactic in DigitalFirst.AI not only provides instructions for entrepreneurs, but also their full characteristics – expected results, level of difficulty, media budget information, and benchmarks to facilitate the implementation of individual tactics.

The platform user also has access to a Library of Tactics filled with other tactics that can support their online marketing activities. They are developed by experts and growth hackers who have years of experience in marketing projects and form DigitalFirst.AI community.

Even the most brilliant marketing tactics are not effective without proper implementation. The 1-Click Marketing feature is designed to minimize the labor intensity of implementing the chosen tactic and the costs associated with it. By utilizing GPT-3 and integrations such as Webflow, Stripe, and Canva, it allows to automatically create all the materials necessary to execute recommended and selected tactics – text, web pages, graphic materials – without the need for any additional data beyond that from the Online Business Planning module.

Rafał Tromczyński – CEO – a manager with fifteen years of experience in digital marketing, electronic media and digital creation. Creative Director in advertising agencies, specializing in strategy and creation of digital campaigns for global and local brands. He prepared campaigns for companies: BP, Skanska, Colgate, GoodYear, LOT, Heineken, TVN, Lotos, Onet, Lotto, FoodCare.

Lena Krzemieniewska – Strategy Director – gained her experience as COO of Novem. She managed SEM, programmatic buying and manual media buying departments and was responsible for strategic planning of coherent online advertising activities, coordination of media service and also purchase and business analytics.

Marcin Szczurek – CTO – more than 15 years of experience in IT department management, Scrum and Agile project management, software production processes, implementation and coordination of programming work, including the implementation of analytical models based on heuristics and machine learning algorithms. Consultant and expert in web solutions.

Leszek Czech – R&D Team Leader – has several years of experience in technology entrepreneurship. Certified project, program and portfolio manager. He combines agile and classic methodologies using e.g. PRINCE2 Agile. He prepared and/or supervised projects in the area of using AI in game development (neural networks managing a virtual camera in order to create a dialogue scene in accordance with the director’s style; engine managing the emotional layer of the game, etc.). He has experience in conducting advanced research experiments.

Grzegorz Gracz – co-founder – has been working in the advertising industry for 15 years. Vice president of the agency and creative director of SoInteractive (Comarch Group), creative director of Cheil Worldwide – one of the largest network agencies in the world. He also gained experience in London and Dubai. He carried out campaigns for such brands as: LOT Polish Airlines, Tauron, DKMS, LPP, Heineken, InPost, Selvita, Wawel, Samsung, Żywiec Group. Currently, as CEO of PromoAgency, Novem and ClickCommunity, he is responsible for the effective operation of one of the fastest-growing marketing communications agencies in Poland.

Michał Tokarski – co-founder – over ten years of experience in the advertising industry, head of the sales department at PromoAgency. Currently co-owner and board member in three advertising agencies: PromoAgency, Novem, Click Community. Gained experience working for over 150 corporate clients including: LOT Polish Airlines, BP, ALDI, Aviva, Deutsche Bank, LOTTO, mFinanse, Kruszwica, Tally Weijl, TVN, PLAY.
