Do you want to introduce your startup to an investor? Do you have an idea and do you plan a new project that you would like to consult with an expert? Or maybe you are struggling with problems and want to seek the advice of an experienced entrepreneur?

The INNOventure fund participates in the Office Hours project organized by the Kraków Technology Park. Every first Monday of the month you can arrange a 30-minute meeting with a specialist from the INNOventure, fINDUSTRY, Unicorn Hub Starter Platform or Satus (Starter and Games funds). The first consultations will take place in the KPT Showroom on March 4th from 1pm. The application can be sent to uwozniak@kpt.krakow.pl until 28/02/2019. Write briefly with whom and what topic you would like to discuss. The number of guests is limited.


Among the available specialists are:

Leszek Skowron

specialist in the development of innovative projects, graduate of Financial Management at the WSB – National Louis University, has international qualifications in management accounting from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), advisor and expert of seed capital funds, specializes in project evaluation tools and procedures for controlling and monitoring portfolio companies. He has several years of experience in preparing documentation in investment processes involving venture capital funds, business angels, as well as industry investors. From 2015, an investment manager in INNOventure fund responsible in particular for the development of the MedTech portfolio.

Karol Hop

legal adviser, a graduate of Jagiellonian University, from 2012 he specializes in legal services for investment funds and in capital investments in innovative business ventures involving venture, seed capital and business angels. He was responsible for legal service in nearly 50 investment processes, under which the amount of over PLN 30 million has been invested. He has several years of experience in the preparation for commercialization of R & D projects, legal due diligence, analysis of ownership structure, patent purity and legal protection of intellectual property. He also has professional experience in executing profitable capital exits. President of fIndustry – an industry 4.0 fund.

Marcin Molo

doctor of economics, managing partner and investment director of INNOventure, previously he has managed the KPT Seed Fund. He specializes in the area of financial analysis, transaction structures, as well as controlling. He evaluated over 1000 projects, helped dozens of companies in the construction of their business models, carried out investment processes in nearly 40 portfolio companies in FZKPT and INNOventure, participated in obtaining co-investment, next financing rounds and exits for portfolio companies.

Marcin Bielówka

economist, graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science, Jagiellonian University. He has over 15 years of experience in the supervision of investment project support processes and the supervision of large analytical teams. For almost 10 years in the Krakow Technology Park he has been managing seed-capital funds, to identify and incubate new, innovative companies.

Krzysztof Homziuk

graduate of the WSB – National Louis University and the University of Viadrina in Frankfurt, also holds the IPMA qualification. Co-founder, member of management boards and supervisory boards of innovative companies from the ICT/IoT and FinTech areas. A specialist in the area of financing, financial controlling in manufacturing and trade companies, profitability analysis and creating project documentation. He is an investment manager at INNOventure. Manages business projects – makes sure that the plans are realistic, and then they effectively change into real activities and lead to achieving goals.

Stanisław Rogoziński

lawyer and doctor of finance. He deals with projects related to technology transfer and interim management. He has extensive experience gained while working for companies from the big four, VC funds and research organizations. Managing Partner at SATUS Starter.

Wojciech Woziwodzki

he successfully created a group of technology companies, actively investing as a business angel and co-creating and supporting startups. He led the processes of winning subsequent rounds with Polish and global VC funds. Founder of the largest consulting company in Poland in the IT segment specializing in project management. He managed and advised on comprehensive IT transformation programs in the largest companies in Poland. He advises startups in the construction of global products and presence on global markets. He also provides his network of professional contacts among global technology investors and in the gaming industry. He is the investment director in the newly created fund SATUS Games.

Łukasz Cieśla

investment manager. He has over eleven-year experience as a manager / expert in the area of analysis and implementation of innovative products in corporations, as well as within regional entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems. He coordinated over a dozen corporate innovation programs and international startup acceleration and incubation programs for global corporations. During these programs, he cooperated with 320 innovative companies (from over 20 countries from 6 continents). In all his activities he uses lean / creative methodologies such as: Lean Startup, Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design, as well as less popular ones such as Dual Innovation or Trend Driven Innovation. Currently he is the incubation manager at the Unicorn Hub.
