Sept. 7th, 2020

The AI solution by MSK AID will support the work of radiologists, 11Bullets will enrich the training of policemen with VR elements, the SmartGrow computing platform coupled with the sensor system will optimize the cultivation of plants, the Trans Assist system will help in the coordination of international transport, BioCellLab  will develop the technology of multiplication of connective tissue cells and their use in aesthetic medicine, and Questly will transfer game shows to internet channels. All these startups took part in the 2nd incubation round of Unicorn Hub, and in the 4th round of the competition “Development of startups in Eastern Poland”, which was resolved on August 6th, received funding for a total amount of PLN 5,935,669.78. Congratulations!

Unicorn Hub, the platform initiated by INNOventure fund in 2018, is just finishing the incubation of another group of promising startups as part of the 3rd incubation round. Over the past four months, despite unfavorable pandemic conditions, startups have worked with incubation managers and experts, developed concepts, participated in workshops, conducted research and presentations. At the turn of July and August, the final presentations of projects as part of Demo Day took place. We are sure that they will do well in the next rounds of the grant competition.

At the same time, Unicorn Hub is finalizing the selection of startups to participate in the 4th incubation round. By ruthlessly analyzing and selecting projects, the experts have almost managed to narrow the initial group of over a hundred startups to the final forty that will take part in the incubation.
