Congratulations to SDS Optic on their successful debut

On Tuesday, March 15th, 2022, SDS Optic (a portfolio company of INNOventure) debuted on the New Connect market. 5,026,250 shares of series A, B and D were entered into the exchange. At the session closing, shares increased by 9%, reaching the price of 10.9 PLN. The coverage of the company’s debut is available on the Youtube channel of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Earlier, in the first half of 2021, the company conducted a private placement of PLN 11 million, targeted at qualified investors. At that time, investors subscribed for a total of 1,100,000 series D shares.
The company is successfully developing a technology for instant and precise cancer diagnostics based on their InProbe optical microprobe. The solution enables real-time diagnosis expressed in an unambiguous, numerical manner, by inserting the probe in the immediate vicinity of the tumor, but without punctiring it. The technology also has broad potential applications in the monitoring of targeted therapies and in the diagnosis of other diseases – infectious, viral, bacterial and fungal.
