SDS Optic has opened Series A funding round

Twelve finalists have been selected for the Innovation Radar Prize 2020 – a competition organized by the EU for companies transferring innovations from laboratories to the market. In one of the three categories – Women-led innovation – SDS Optic, along with its co-founder and CSO – Magdalena Staniszewska PhD Dsc, is among the four selected companies. The finals of the competition will be held on September 24th, during the European Commission R&I Days.
At the same time, SDS Optic has been qualified for Invest Horizon – an acceleration program that facilitates and prepares DeepTech enterprises to obtain A series investments.
These events coincide with SDS Optic opening its A Series funding round. The company intends to raise USD 5-10M, to develop its disruptive in vivo minimally invasive immunoassay platform inProbe.
