The Administrator of your personal data is INNOventure Sp. z o. o. seated in Krakow at Podole 60 St., 30 – 394 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście, XI Economical Division in Kraków under KRS number 0000540389, NIP 6751513401, REGON 360611578, the share capital in the amount of 21.376,00 PLN (in words: twenty one thousands three hundred six zlotys 00/100)  hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrator’.

The administrator is an entrepreneur dealing with organizing the investment process from incubation, through commercialization, to creating and exiting investments. In order to verify the information you send to this email address, your data will be processed.

Personal data provided will be processed to verify your identity and information, and to demonstrate compliance with personal data protection procedures in case of audits and inspections.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your request to take action by the Administrator addressed to this e-mail address (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws of the EU, No. 139, No. 119, page 1).

The personal data provided will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Personal data will be made available to entities authorized by law, to and entities associated with the Administrator only in case of internal audit or having the appropriate authorization.

You have the right to:

  • a) Access the content of your personal data;
  • b) Requests the correction/adjustment of your personal data;
  • c) Requests to completely remove or limit the processing of your personal data;
  • d) Requests for the transfer of your personal data;
  • e) To object to the processing of your personal data.

The personal data provided voluntarily will be processed for the period necessary to conduct a substantive analysis of information.

We would like to inform you about the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body of the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
