Venture capital

Investments in enterprises in the early stages of development, conducted by specialized organizations (venture capital funds). As a result of the investment, the company obtains financial resources for development, and the venture capital fund becomes a co-owner of the enterprise. The fund realizes its profits exiting the company, through the sale of the company’s share package.
